Peace Paddling has both single and tandem Kayaks that are very stable, easy to paddle, and fun! Kayaking is a great activity for all ages and skill levels. Don’t worry. You don’t have to be a Crossfitter or Triathlete to operate one of these things! You can paddle at any pace that works for you. Paddle hard and steady for a great workout or you can just chill and cruise around beautiful Lake Austin.

We’ll help get you all setup on the water with life jackets, kayaks and paddles ready to go, so you can focus on having an amazing time on the water.

Single kayaks rent for $15/hour. Tandem kayaks rent for $20/hour. Both are only $10 per hour for each additional hour you’d like to stay on the lake.

Here’s what you should bring for your day on the water:

Swim Suits

Water or other drinks
Small Ice Chest (up to 6 drinks will fit)

For the experienced

Peace Paddling also rents 2-3 person canoes on Lake Austin.

We normally suggest kayaks instead of canoes, because canoes can be unstable. Most people have a canoe tipping story from their childhood, so if that’s what you’re looking for we can hook you up!

We’ll help get you all setup on the water with life jackets, canoes and paddles ready to go so you can focus on having an amazing time on the water.

2-3 person canoes rent for $30/hour. Plus canoe rentals are only $10 per hour for each additional hour you’d like to stay on the lake.

Craigcat electric catamaran

This boat is a blast, it can accommodate 2 adults and 2 small kiddos (under age 8) and will run for 3 hours on a single charge.

The Craigcat cruises at 5 mph so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride. We can also include a bluetooth speaker so you can connect your smartphone and listen to your favorite music. Just be sure to let us know you’d like the speaker when you reserve the Craigcat.

The Craigcat electric boat rents for $45/hour (Minimum of 2 hours).
